Hytrol hires Sara Leritte as Director of Strategic Planning

JONESBORO, Ark.—Hytrol Conveyor Company is pleased to announce the hire of Sara Leritte as the Director of Strategic Planning. Leritte has seven years of strategic planning experience, with 19 years in the technology sector. She’s led teams from all over the world including Brazil, India and Southeast Asia.

In her new role, Leritte will focus on the long-term plans for the company. She will initially shepherd in the strategic plan, then branch into communication strategy along with collaboration between departments to track progress through metrics.

Leritte said, “When I saw the camaraderie and close-knit work culture Hytrol has, I knew that was a company I wanted to be part of. I look forward to working with each department to develop cohesive and measurable long-term goals.”

She brings the experience we need to build cohesion between departments and stakeholders, which will translate into action plans for the business to implement and execute.”

Leritte has her MBA from the University of Arkansas where she received the opportunity to study abroad in India. She also has her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.

Leritte grew up in Bossier City, Louisiana. She and her husband are the proud owners of three dogs and one cat. She takes part in an educational non-profit for medieval reenactment. In her spare time, she anticipates working with her husband on the project house they have purchased to renovate. They also enjoy camping, kayaking and hiking.
