Deshanta Beale Promoted to Director of Human Resources

JONESBORO, Ark.—Hytrol Conveyor Company is proud to announce the promotion of Deshanta Beale to the position of Director of Human Resources. Beale has worked for Hytrol since 2019 and has over 20 years of experience in human resources, 13 of which were in management.

Building off her current roles and responsibilities, Beale will actively develop and implement strategic human resource policies for the company. She will also oversee human resources initiatives and foster a positive work environment across the organization.

Beale said, “I’ve been fortunate to work with an outstanding team. Together we will work diligently to strengthen connections between Hytrol’s employees, teams and leaders. I’m eager to make an impact as we continue to support the people who are the reason Hytrol is a great place to work.”

Hytrol’s Vice President of Human Resources, Ed Mata, said, “Deshanta has proven to be a strong, consistent contributor to elevating the HR function within Hytrol, and I’m confident her approach and skillset will be leveraged as she takes on the new role and responsibilities.”

Beale is originally from Wynne, Arkansas and received her bachelor’s degree in management from Arkansas State University. She holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Certification. She now resides in Jonesboro with her husband and two daughters.
