Design & Assembly
Hytrol fabricates power distribution panels, motor control panels, VFD panels, automation panels, and safety control panels while emphasizing clean layouts, serviceability, and long-term reliability.
The panel shop utilizes electrical engineering design software (EPLAN) to promote consistency throughout design and manufacturing. As customer demand grows, Hytrol continues to invest in advanced technologies such as Rittal WT10 automated wire processing machines and Perforex CNC enclosure machining center. These investments help improve efficiency, accuracy, and manufacturing consistency.
Testing & Quality
Quality verification is integrated throughout the fabrication process. Each panel undergoes documented inspections, quality verification procedures, and performance-focused testing prior to deployment.
