Poston Honored Among 2026 Northeast Arkansas C-Suite Award Winners

JONESBORO, Ark. — Phillip Poston, Hytrol Chief Administrative Officer, is one of 10 recipients of the Northeast Arkansas C-Suite Award for 2026 from Talk Business & Politics.

The publication made the announcement on Sept. 21 explaining the award honors “regional leaders’ contributions, commitment to the community and exceptional professional performance.” Candidates are executives who manage a department for their company or organization.

As CAO, Poston oversees Human Resources and Administration departments. He also manages the company’s academic and philanthropic programs, strategic planning, training and development, supply chain and enterprise improvement. In addition, Poston is a third-generation member of the Hytrol Board of Directors.

Each of the 10 winners was profiled by TB&P and answered questions primarily focused on leadership. When asked which skills are most important for leaders, Poston said, in part, “Listening and problem solving, in that order. Good leaders can solve problems, but great leaders are good listeners first.”
