Martin Promoted to Production Manager at Hytrol Fort Smith

FORT SMITH, Ark. – Hytrol Conveyor Co., Inc. is proud to announce the promotion of Derick Martin to Production Manager in Fort Smith.

In this role, Martin manages Fort Smith’s gray cell assembly team focusing on Hytrol E24™ products. He helps facilitators, team leaders and employees achieve success in safety, quality and productivity.

Martin joined Hytrol’s assembly team in 2014 and has since worked in different areas gaining leadership roles in shipping, assembly, paint and fabrication.

“Derick is passionate about doing whatever it takes to win for the customer and Hytrol,” said Director of Fort Smith Operations Phillip Poston. “We are excited to have him on the Fort Smith management team.”

A Wynne, Ark. native, Martin enjoys catching largemouth bass, spending time with his wife, Karee, and playing with his bulldog, Willie.
