President of Hytrol David PeacockJONESBORO, Ark. — Hytrol President David Peacock has been named to the Arkansas Research Alliance Board of Trustees.

The ARA Board of Trustees is comprised of Arkansas business leaders and the chancellor from Arkansas’ five major research univeristies. The board meets three times each year to drive the strategic role of research in the economic future of Arkansas.

“It’s an honor to serve the state in this role,” said Peacock. “I look forward to working with business leaders in the state to discover ways to work with our institutions of higher learning. These collaborations strengthen Arkansas businesses by providing students with the information and skills to help Arkansas grow. This work also aligns with Hytrol’s commitment to innovations and technologies.”

Peacock has served as President at Hytrol since 2015. During his tenure, Hytrol has achieved record years and implemented strategies to continue the company’s successes.

Peacock has 18 years management experience in manufacturing industry. A native of North Carolina and 12 year verteran of the U.S. Marine Corps, he received his bachelor’s from The Citadel and master’s from Webster University.
