Royse Promoted to Controller
JONESBORO, Ark.—Hytrol Conveyor Company Inc. would like to announce the promotion of Ashley Royse to Controller. Royse has been with the company since 2020 and has previously served in roles such as Accounting Manager and Cost Accountant. Her new role is effective as of October 1.
In the new position, Royse will manage all the general accounting functions for the company. These functions include accounts receivable, collections, accounts payable, expense reporting, month-end closing, internal controls and fixed assets.
Hytrol’s Chief Financial Officer, Daniel McAdoo said, “Ashley regularly goes above and beyond for our department and for Hytrol. She works with tenacity to provide the financial information we need to be successful. She makes sure we close the books on time each month and encourages a fun work environment.”
Royse said, “I am honored to take on the role of Controller at Hytrol. In this new position, my focus will be on optimizing processes and further enhancing our internal controls. By building on Hytrol’s solid financial foundation, I aim to ensure our accounting team remains well-supported and positioned for ongoing success. I look forward to leveraging my experience to drive efficiency and contribute to Hytrol’s continued growth.”
Royse has 12 years of accounting experience, holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and has just recently completed her MBA.
