Hytrol Welcomes Eduardo Mata as Human Resource Director
JONESBORO, Ark. — Hytrol is proud to announce that Eduardo Mata has joined the company as human resource director. Mata comes to Hytrol from American Greetings Corp., most recently serving in a management role in their human resources office.
Mata is responsible for the daily administration of Hytrol’s human resource policies. He will also lead employee relations initiatives, recruitment and retention practices and succession and personnel planning.
“Ed has a proven history in human resources, and we are excited to have him on staff,” said Bob West, Hytrol Vice President of Corporate Development. “He has a great vision for our employee experience and is taking the time to learn about the unique culture that we have at Hytrol. We look forward to what he does to build upon our success in this department.”
Mata earned his bachelor’s of arts from the University of Michigan and master’s in human resources employee relations from Penn State University. He has more than 23 years of experience in human resources and training with the manufacturing industry. Before joining American Greetings, he worked at Viskase Companies and General Motors.

He resides in Jonesboro with his wife and two sons.
