Daniel McAdoo Joins Economics Arkansas Board of Directors
LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — Hytrol Chief Financial Officer Daniel McAdoo has been appointed to the Economics Arkansas Board of Directors.
Economics Arkansas made the announcement on social media June 1. The post stated McAdoo will begin a three-year term along with fellow appointee, Dr. Megan Duncan, Executive Director for the Arkansas Association of Educational Administrators. Board members are tasked with promoting and supporting economic education in Arkansas.
“We are grateful for their willingness to serve and share their expertise in support of our mission,” stated Economics Arkansas in its post. “We look forward to the perspectives, leadership and passion they will bring as we continue working to prepare Arkansas students to become smart consumers, wise investors and informed voters.”
McAdoo said of the appointment, “I am honored to partner with this organization and participate in its important initiatives. Teaching financial literacy to K-12 students is extremely important and can have a lasting impact on students’ lives. My hope is that by sharing my knowledge and experience, I can help equip the next generation to make wise financial decisions, build stability and avoid some of the stress that often comes from learning those lessons the hard way.”
McAdoo joined Hytrol as CFO in 2019 and manages all accounting and financial operations. His recent achievements include Talk Business & Politics’ 2025 Top 10 C-Suite Executives in Northeast Arkansas and finalist for CFO of the Year by Arkansas Business in 2021.
