Tony Sartin Named Production Manager

JONESBORO, Ark. — Hytrol is proud to announce Tony Sartin as production manager. He will be responsible for all power and gravity assembly focus areas.  

 

Sartin brings 32 years of experience to the position, most recently serving as customer care manager. During his time in the position, he implemented a customer support administrative ticketing and live chat system, call center software and representative training.

 

“Tony’s background and experience will be an asset to our production team,” said Vice President for Operations Chris Glenn. “He is a proven leader who can achieve results. His leadership and experience will be greatly valued in our production areas as we continue to grow.”

 

Before his position in customer care, Sartin was a lean facilitator/training coordinator. He also served as a team leader in power assembly and focus factory facilitator in various areas of production. In 2004, he earned his Power Lean certification and received Hytrol’s inaugural Loberg Award in 2017.

 

“I look forward to carrying out Tom’s legacy and build on the team and family atmosphere at Hytrol,” Sartin said. “It will be important to instill Lean practices so our teams grow and grow safely. It’s Hytrol’s goal to efficiently provide a quality conveyor on time to our customers, and I want to make sure we safely enjoy our job while we do it.”

 

A native of Jonesboro, he and his wife, Paula, have three sons, Drew (27), Jacob (15) and Mason (13). Drew also works at Hytrol.
