JONESBORO, Ark. — Hytrol is proud to announce Matt Hendrix as employee training specialist. He will be responsible for all internal training at the conveyor company.

Hendrix joined Hytrol in 2017 as a production training coordinator and has eight years of training and coaching experience. In this role, he will also implement all external employee training offerings, coordinate apprenticeship and mentor programs and develop materials for internal training.

“We’re anticipating great work from Matt in this position,” said Vice President for Corporate Development Bob West. “He is a second generation Hytrol employee and has a strong understanding of our culture and expectations. That, combined with his training experience, will lead to great training programs for our staff.”

He earned his bachelors from Arkansas State University. Hendrix also holds a master trainer certificate from the Association of Talent Development and is a CPR/first aid instructor.

“I look forward to working closely with all levels of the operations team to develop more technical and job-specific training,” said Hendrix. “It will be exciting to work on our strategic initiatives to develop career pathways that will assist in personal growth for Hytrol employees. The training team wants to do all we can to put employees in a position to succeed.”
