HYTROL WINS AT 2019 WEBAWARDS

JONESBORO, Ark. — Hytrol Conveyor Company, Inc. is celebrating a category award win in the 19th annual WebAwards. The company won the Outstanding Website Award for its entry in the annual competition.

 

Hytrol’s website (hytrol.com) was recognized for being well above both the manufacturing industry standard and overall standard for each of the criteria entries were judged on: design, innovation, content, technology, interactivity, copywriting, and ease of use. The site competed head-to-head against entries from more than 40 countries in 96 industry categories.

 

The award recognizes Web Developer Joshua Allen, Graphic Designer Jennifer Smith, Marketing Specialist Dabney Weems, Technical Writer Meghan Phillips and Marketing Manager Paige Carswell for their work in redesigning the website in 2018.

 

“We’re so excited to be recognized by the WebAwards,” said Carswell. “The team worked hard last year to design a website that was functional and a benefit to both our current partners and customers and to new ones. I think we’re all very proud of how the site turned out, and I’m proud of the team members for their work in winning this award.”

 

The WebAward competition is produced by the Web Marketing Association and is the longest-running annual website award competition, beginning its tenure in 1997.
