Easley Named Safety and Environmental Manager

JONESBORO, Ark. – Courtney Easley has been named Hytrol Conveyor Company’s new safety and environmental manager. She was previously in the role of safety and environmental coordinator.

Easley will build the safety and development team at both the Jonesboro and Fort Smith locations. In addition, Easley will launch a new incident management software that will allow the team to record safety data. The program will greatly impact being proactive with work-related incidents, stated Easley.

“The almost four years I have been at Hytrol, I have always approached situations with coaching and educating employees. I want to ensure that every employee goes home to their family at the end of their shift in the same shape as or better than they came to work,” said Easley.

Easley has a Bachelor of Science in Disaster Preparedness and Emergency Management and is a certified Ergonomics Assessment Specialist.

“We are fortunate to have Courtney lead our safety team,” said Director of Human Resource Ed Mata. “Her experience with working with our Hytrol employees and her knowledge of manufacturing safety will be an excellent addition to the leadership team.”

Courtney lives in Jonesboro with her husband Dustin and their daughter Cora.
