BEALE PROMOTED TO EMPLOYEE RELATIONS MANAGER AT HYTROL

JONESBORO, Ark. — Hytrol Conveyor Company is delighted to announce the promotion of Deshanta Beale to the position of Employee Relations Manager. The move comes as the Human Resources Department structures itself to help support the company as it continues to grow.

Beale’s new position works to make connections between Hytrol employees and management. She also provides oversight and management of employee relations issues, internal investigations and supports leadership on new and existing policies and procedures.

For Beale, Hytrol is somewhat familiar territory. “I visited Hytrol with one of my college classes many years ago and admired how invested the company was in the local community,” Beale said. “Although I left the area, when I had the opportunity to return to Northeast Arkansas, Hytrol stood out as a company I would be proud to join. I look forward to supporting our employees through the life of their employment experience.”

Another essential responsibility for Beale will be to guide department managers and employees throughout performance management and goal setting processes to bring about the highest level of success for both groups.

“Deshanta brings a wide spectrum of knowledge to the HR team, which is displayed in her approach with employees, allowing her to have the enthusiastic professionalism to succeed as a member of the Hytrol Family,” said Director of Human Resources Eduardo Mata. “Her ability to draw on experience and formal training provides a multi-faceted skillset which supports the current and future bench strength required within a fast-paced HR environment.”

Beale is a native of Wynne, Ark. and received her bachelor’s degree from Arkansas State University. She resides in Jonesboro with her husband and two daughters.
