Hytrol Wins Simpplr Award for Employee Recognition on Convey App

JONESBORO, Ark. — Hytrol Conveyor Co. has been recognized by Simpplr in its 2026 Employee Experience Excellence Awards for using its Convey app to celebrate employees.

Simpplr, the platform behind Hytrol’s employee-focused intranet app, Convey, awarded Hytrol the “Most Effective for Recognizing Employees” along with two other companies, according to a March blog post. Convey not only provides company updates directly to employees but also allows employees to share their thoughts and communicate with each other.

“Employee recognition flourishes when employees feel genuinely appreciated for their work,” Simpplr’s blog stated about the award. “These organizations created digital spaces where appreciation becomes visible, achievements are celebrated openly, and a culture of recognition becomes embedded in daily work life.”

Since its launch in December 2024, Convey has been voluntarily adopted by more than 85% of Hytrol employees.
