JONESBORO, Ark. — Hytrol Conveyor Company has announced the promotion of Rebekah Cole to Vice President of Administration, effective June 1.

Cole has been with Hytrol for over 28 years. First joining the conveyor manufacturer as an intern, she went on to serve in several capacities before becoming part of the administration team in 2004. Before this latest promotion, Cole served as Director of Administration since 2024.

In her new role, Cole will supervise company payroll and benefits, along with business administration and compliance. She will also oversee the Hytrol Medical Clinics in Jonesboro and Fort Smith.

Cole said she has a singular focus after being promoted to her new position, “While the business is undertaking a digital transformation, we want to keep service to the individual at the forefront. I hope to continue bringing excellent service to our employees and business partners.”

A native of Hoxie, Arkansas, Cole earned a bachelor’s degree in management information systems from Arkansas State University. In her free time, she enjoys reading and traveling with friends and family.
