LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — Hytrol President David Peacock and Chief Administrative Officer Phillip Poston are finalists in separate categories for the 2026 Arkansas Executive of the Year Awards. Arkansas Business announced the finalists on Aug. 3.

According to the publication, Peacock is a finalist in the Large Private Company category. Poston is a finalist in the Board Member category for his contributions to the Jonesboro Economic Development Corporation (JEDC).

The awards recognize 30 exceptional leaders who have played a critical role in the success of their companies and organizations, according to Arkansas Business. Finalists and winners were selected by an independent panel of judges in July, following the nomination process.

Peacock has served as Hytrol’s president since 2015 and was a finalist for the very same award in 2025. Poston has been with Hytrol for 27 years and is a third-generation member of the Hytrol Board of Directors. In addition to JEDC, Poston has served on the Arkansas Research Alliance Board of Trustees and Conveyor Equipment Manufacturers Association Board of Directors since 2025.

The Arkansas Executive of the Year Awards ceremony will be held Nov. 3 at the Statehouse Convention Center in downtown Little Rock, where winners in each category will be announced.
