NEW VIRTUAL REALITY SIMULATIONS TO BE VIEWED AT MODEX 2020

JONESBORO, Ark. — Hytrol Conveyor Company, Inc. will be showcasing its Augmented Reality technology at MODEX booth #6605. Booth visitors can experience complete Hytrol systems in eCommerce, cross-dock, food & beverage applications, along with a virtual tour of the Hytrol Technology Center.

The simulations featured in this year’s booth allow Hytrol to showcase solutions across various industries. The technology allows Modex attendees to walk through a complete Hytrol system in a virtual environment, without having to travel to various facilities across the country.

“We use this technology regularly at our Technology Center in Jonesboro,” Director of Engineering Ben Moyer said. “By bringing the technology with us to MODEX, potential customers can experience a virtual walkthrough of what Hytrol can offer across industries.”

Moyer said that having the ability to showcase real-world applications where Hytrol solutions are used benefits all involved.

“We use the materials from our case studies for our virtual experiences. These studies not only allow us to share what our products can do, but also promotes the featured company,” said Moyer.

Hytrol partnered with the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and their Emerging Analytics Center to develop the experiences for MODEX.

Along with the industry simulation technology, Hytrol will be demonstrating a new Augmented Reality Maintenance Tool and a functional conveyor loop featuring new Hytrol products.
