PARAGOULD, Ark.—Hytrol Conveyor Company, Inc. was recognized at the 2026 American Advertising Awards (ADDY) Gala on Friday, February 28. The event was held at The Station at Paragould’s Power Plant Park and hosted by the Northeast Arkansas chapter of the American Advertising Federation (AAF).

Hytrol’s marketing team took home six different recognitions for their submitted pieces. The company received two Gold ADDYs, three Silver ADDYs and one honorable mention. Submissions included commercials, online videos, posters, and art installations published by the team in 2025. The gold award-winning submissions will advance automatically to the AAF district competition to compete with work from Texas, Oklahoma and Louisiana.

“This recognition reflects the creativity and dedication our team brings to their work every day,” said Director of Marketing Paige Phillips. “Their focus is always on delivering thoughtful, effective marketing that supports Hytrol and our partners. I’m incredibly proud of the talent on this team and grateful to work for a company that continues to trust and invest in their ideas.”

The professional American Advertising Awards is the advertising industry’s largest competition, attracting more than 25,000 entries each year. The competition is three-tiered, going from local to district to national. Marketing professionals and agencies from around the region submit advertising work across a myriad of categories to be evaluated by industry advertising experts. Judges for the NEA awards were chosen from outside the marketplace, and entries for the local competition spanned the entire state of Arkansas.

The Hytrol Marketing Department is led by Marketing Manager Shelby Madden, and the other team members include Software Specialist Kelly Gardner, Marketing Specialist Aaron Reddick, Multimedia Specialist Trystan Dorton, Content Marketing Specialist Robyn Garrett, Corporate Event Coordinator Jami Pate, Corporate Communication Specialist Matthew Smothers and Digital Marketing Specialist Hannah Combs.
