Hytrol Named Employer of the Year by Goodwill Industries of Arkansas

NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark.—Hytrol Conveyor Company was named as the “Employer of the Year” by Goodwill Industries of Arkansas during their Gala for Good on Saturday, October 28th. The event was held to showcase the achievements of Goodwill’s program participants and thank their community partners.

Hytrol was chosen as the “Employer of the Year” based on their partnership efforts with Goodwill’s job placement initiatives. Hytrol has attended job fairs at Goodwill and hired several of their program graduates. One such graduate is Heather Kinworthy, who became a Hytrol employee through a Goodwill program and currently works in assembly.

Kinworthy said, “Goodwill offers great opportunities and avenues to make connections. It’s what led me here to Hytrol, and I’m so grateful for that.”

Hytrol’s Human Resources Recruiter, Tammy Abdulghani, accepted the award on behalf of the company.

Abdulghani said, “It is great to see Hytrol recognized for the work and investment we put into our community. Our commitment to uplift others is one of Hytrol’s core values, and I thank Goodwill Industries of Arkansas for both this award and our continued partnership.”
