Charette Promoted to Manager of New Product Development

JONESBORO, Ark. —Hytrol Conveyor Company has promoted Zach Charette to Manager of New Product Development, recognizing his technical expertise, leadership, and significant contributions to innovation and growth within the organization.

Charette has worked at Hytrol since 2021 and most recently served as Technical Product Supervisor – New Product Development, where he helped advance product validation, standardize development processes, and bring new technologies to market. His work has helped improve the conveying capacity for Hytrol’s E24™ products and supported the successful launch of the company’s most recent advanced conveying technology.

Charette said, “Hytrol’s commitment to innovation and material handling technology is what makes this team special. I’m excited to lead new product development efforts that not only push conveying technology forward, but also deliver real, measurable value for our customers.”

In his new role, Charette will oversee new product development initiatives, with a focus on innovation, performance validation, and cross-functional collaboration to support Hytrol’s commitment to delivering reliable, high-quality material handling solutions.
