Bob McAdoo Joins Hytrol as Director of Safety

JONESBORO, Ark. — Hytrol Conveyor Company is pleased to announce the hiring of Bob McAdoo as its Director of Safety.
With 28 years of safety experience, McAdoo brings a strong commitment to protecting Hytrol employees and fostering a culture of workplace safety. In his new role, he will work closely with teams in Jonesboro and Fort Smith to provide training, share best practices and focus on safe work environments.
“Safety is more than a policy. It’s a commitment we embrace together.” McAdoo said. “We know that true leadership isn’t measured by production numbers alone, but by the people we protect along the way.”

An Oklahoma native, McAdoo holds Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Occupational Safety and Health from Southeastern Oklahoma State University. When he’s not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Melody, and daughter, Jaycelynn, fishing and playing cards.
