Hytrol Named Barger as IT Manager

JONESBORO, Ark. –Maurrean Barger has been named Hytrol Conveyor Company, Inc.’s new Information Technology Manager, Project Management. With over 20 years of experience in IT, Barger will work to enhance Hytrol’s IT initiatives.

Barger has previously worked as Director of Projects and Planning at Varsity Spirit and PMO Manager for the City of Memphis.

“I am looking forward to building relationships with people throughout the company. My job comes down to one simple thing – making it easier for people to do their jobs,” said Barger.

Barger will analyze complex business processes to lead, develop, and implement IT initiatives. She will also be responsible for cross-functional collaboration on initiatives between IT and key company stakeholders.

“Maurrean will be an excellent addition to our IT team,” said Director of Information Technology Melody Playford. “Her experience and knowledge in the IT field will enable advancements in our IT programs. and business process automation.”

In her free time, Barger enjoys reading and mediation. She is also an advocate for clean living.
