HYTROL TABS RANDY MANIS TO LEAD CUSTOMER CARE
JONESBORO, Ark. — Hytrol Conveyor Company has named Randy Manis as its Manager of Customer Care. Manis will lead the company’s team of 24-hour customer care representatives.
“Randy has worked at Hytrol for over 35 years,” said Vice President for Corporate Development Bob West. “He knows conveyors, and he knows Hytrol’s processes. His expertise will be an asset when working with customers and integration partners who are seeking our support.”
Hytrol’s customer care team, also known as We Care, supports customers and integration partners needing assistance globally.
Manis joined Hytrol in 1985 and has held various positions throughout the company. He has worked on the production floor in gravity and power assembly and has served as a team leader. He has also worked as an order processor, sales customer care facilitator, and, most recently, customer care facilitator.
“I look forward to building a strong relationship with our integration partners and end users,” said Manis. “I will work to provide my team with the training and knowledge they need to provide the best experience for our customers.”
He resides in Jonesboro with his wife, Lesa. They have two daughters, Erika (Justin) and Sarah (Travis) and a grandson, Jason.
