JONESBORO, Ark. — Hytrol Conveyor Company announces that Seth Elder has joined its Research and Development team as product manager. He will be responsible for ongoing development of the company’s accumulation, sortation, and transport conveyor lines.
This is a new position in R & D that will coordinate communication from end-users and integration partners, collect and maintain market, intelligence and support, and guide product development for new and enhanced products. He will also be responsible for conducting a quarterly product line performance review.
“I am thrilled to join Hytrol in this new position,” said Elder. “It is an exciting time at Hytrol and for the material handling industry. I look forward to being a part of the innovative new products that we develop and bring to the market.”
Elder joins Hytrol after working the last four years as product finance manager at Ritter Communications. He was a purchasing analyst with EC Barton & Company from 2007-15 and began his career at Bank of America in 2005 as a personal banker.
He received his bachelor’s in finance in 2004 from Arkansas State University and volunteers with the Jonesboro Regional Chamber of Commerce and Nettleton Education Foundation.
“We are fortunate to gain the analytical and product management experience Seth will bring to our team,” said Director of R & D Ben Moyer. “Seth’s engaging and professional personality will help our team do an even better job of living into our vision of connecting future generations of people, products and solutions by pushing the limits of what is possible in material handling.”
