JONESBORO, Ark.— Hytrol Conveyor Company has hired Alan Bigham as its Director of Operations. He will oversee the operations of the company’s manufacturing facility.
In his role, Bigham will work with and mentor facilitators on the production floor on Hytrol initiatives such as safety, quality, delivery, efficiency, productivity and cost in line. He will also collaborate with departments to identify potential efficiencies in production.
“We are fortunate to have Alan join the Hytrol Family,” said President David Peacock. “He brings a wealth of manufacturing experience in various roles that positions him to make significant contributions to the growth of his teams and to Hytrol.”

He earned his bachelor’s in business management and master’s in business administration from Arkansas State University.
“I’m eager to begin working and building upon the great foundation already in place here,” said Bigham. “Safety is a priority at Hytrol, and I will ensure those processes continue to be a point of emphasis in production. I also look to create standard work processes, a problem-solving environment and implement a daily management system to review reoccurring issues.
Bigham is from West Memphis, Ark., and he and his wife, Jennifer, have three children, Ayla (13), Jenna (11) and Trevor (9).
