JONESBORO, Ark. — Hytrol is proud to announce the promotion of Joe Pillow to facilities manager.
Pillow joined Hytrol in 2017 as a project engineer. In his new role, he is responsible for the maintenance of all equipment and facilities at Hytrol. He also supervises the tool and die, custodial services and grounds-keeping departments.
“I am here to serve the Hytrol Family in any way possible,” said Pillow. “I plan to support our existing maintenance personnel and develop a preventive maintenance program that is sustainable and effective in keeping Hytrol equipment operating at peak condition.”
Pillow received his Bachelor of Science in engineering from Arkansas State University in 1989. He is a master electrician, class A HVAC technician and residential contractor, in addition to having served as a plant engineer at three power plants.
“Joe will be an asset to Hytrol in his new role,” said Vice President of Operations Chris Glenn. “His training as an engineer combined with contractor experience gives Joe a strong understanding of our needs in this position.”
Pillow resides in Paragould with his wife of 32 years, Karen. The couple has two children and two grandchildren.
